I already made Mango-Ginger, Lychee, Apricot-Medlar, Pineapple-Dragon fruit, Cherry-Ginger, Pear-Mint, Melon-Peach, pumpkin-grape, Pomelo, black plum and onion.

Champagne… I have just sold my 300eme pots. Mango-ginger jam remains the top sales. Follow-up by the pear-mint jam and the onion jam. I prepare to make you discover new tastes next spring.
